The WCMVCA 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on February 4-5 2026, at the Grand Junction Convention Center in Grand Junction, CO. The Convention Center is located at 159 Main St, Grand Junction, CO 81501. Rooms are available for hotels adjacent to the convention center for $110 per night in the "Mosquito Control Group" block. Rooms must be booked by January 3, 2026 to get this rate. The adjacent hotels are Hampton Inn (https://group.hamptoninn.com/9jmth9), Tru by Hilton (https://group.trubyhilton.com/khqlyc) and Fairfield by Marriott (Reservation-Link).

The pre-conference workshop, "The Outbreak Challenge", will be on February 3, 2026, at 1:00pm in the Grand River Mosquito Control training room located at 531 Maldonado St, Grand Junction, CO. The challenge will test your knowledge, resourcefulness and teamwork in the face of simulated vector-borne disease outbreaks in West Central locations. It will be a 3 hour competitive team event involving identifications, communications, logistics, deployment plans and more. Workshop space is limited so pre-registration is required.
